The house sits above Big Arm bay. It is a 4 minute walk to the lake, marina, restaurant/bar/casino. There are rental boats and other vessels available at Big Arm rentals. The view of the lake, Islands and boats are spectacular from the many windows and comfortable deck. The 65" tv has Roku, DVD player to catch a movie or game. The new mini split keeps you comfy. I am around if you need directions or suggestions.
I travel a lot. I am a native 4th generation Montanian with 3 generations born in the area. I love meeting people and know what makes a house comfortable. I am available to field questions or issues. I live away from the property. I am currently working on the bathhouse, glamping tent and landscaping. This year I will offer a "glamping "tent. It will have a queen bed and a futon for sleeping or lounging. There will be a heater, fridge, toaster oven, hot plate and a bar b que. A picknick table and deck chairs will be ready for a refreshment on the porch. I will check with you before I come to mow or work as it is a work in progress.
Flathead Lake rural area. It is 12 miles from a grocery store although the marina has some supplies and a bar, restaurant and casino. Wildhorse and Cromwell Islands are within view. The Big Arm boat rental, rides has toys and charters a short walk away. Ski resort 30 minute away. Micro Breweries and winery's are abundant.
