I enjoy renovating my older home. Ketchikan has been home for the past 30 years and I love to kayak and boat in the area. In the summer I work guiding guests into remote areas to see bears feeding on salmon.
This is one of Ketchikan’s historic neighbourhoods that was called Captain’s Hill for the number of marine captains living in the area. All the streets are narrow and run along the hillside offering beautiful views over the water.
