Ethyl the cat may very well be lounging on the sidewalk in the sun and Fred the cat can usually be found warming herself under a lamp. Spike the cat is very shy so you probably won't see much of him.

The Hudson B&B, located on lower Union Street, in historic Hudson, New York, is a magically renovated Federal gem offering highly personalized accommodations. Built in 1790, it enjoys a rich and varied history beginning with one of the original founders of Hudson, then becoming a brewery, falling on hard times as a four family home. Most recently a complete renovation was undertaken that retains many elements reflective of the period. The beauty of the moldings, fireplace and entry surrounds, elongated windows and light airy spaces create a serene respite from a busy world. As with many industrial cities in the Northeast, Hudson fell on hard times in the mid 1900s and has enjoyed a remarkable resurgence in recent times. The variety of architectural styles is remarkable with a virtually intact mile long main street filled with interesting shops and great restaurants.
