The bath has a rain shower, heated floors, a wall-lit vanity mirror, free toiletries, Italian tile, and is very deluxe. I live on premises and can assist you with any needs, please feel free to ask. If you LOVE mountains, clean air, canyon living, being close to the beach, and you do not like crowds, then this area is perfect for you! One of the most beautiful and safe places in LA. Perfectly situated between Venice and Malibu. Plenty of safe free parking on the street. The streets have no trash, there is plenty of greenery, no homeless, and is unusually very safe. The neighborhood is mostly Family oriented. The ocean is a 4-minute drive and there is plenty of free parking there as well. Lake shrine is 2 minutes drive, a beautiful lake with a houseboat, meditation center, and gift shop, has swans, koi fish. Gandhi's ashes are buried there. Reservations required to visit lake shrine. near the Getty VillaThe hiking trail (Los Liones) has breathtaking views of the ocean. The village is great for shopping, and the restaurants I suggest in the Palisades are exquisite as well. Just a perfect, relaxing vacation style getaway!
