Exquisite modern 5 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms house in Miami only 9 mins drive from the Beach. Great location only 5 mins drive to Aventura Mall, located in secured and quiet neighborhood. This tastefully furnished vacation home can accommodate up to 12 guests with a heated pool, also features a pool table, Arcade Games, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, high speed internet, private backyard, Smart TVs in each room, and plenty of seating for relaxation between outings.

House is located in a residential and quiet neighborhood in Miami, Florida close to Aventura Mall and only 9 mins from the famous Sunny Isles Beach. A car is not necessary but recommended. Uber and Lyft work great around the City.
