“We really enjoyed the breakfast and loved the savoury options. Very nice teas. Both gentlemen serving breakfast were fantastic and so nice to chat. The whole hacienda and our room have a lot of character. We especially enjoyed sitting by the fire...”

The Hacienda del Sol, once owned by the Taos Legend Mabel Dodge Lujan, is made up of two beautiful courtyards with views of sacred Taos Mountain and surrounded by 3 beautiful adobe buildings, the original building dating back to 1804. We have 12 southwest style rooms most of them equipped with traditional Kiva fireplaces and viga ceilings. If you are looking for an authentic Taos experience, you can't go wrong with our little piece of paradise. Thoughtfully updated. Complimentary gourmet breakfast.
