Located in the lovely Ocean Isles Community, this updated condo showcases waterfront living at its finest! The warm Florida sunshine will highlight your favorite memories created alongside the shared pool. When you aren't taking invigorating dips in the turquoise water, head for nearby Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, Key Colony Beach Golf, and Curry Hammock State Park. Sun-kissed and happy, head back inside and utilize the condo's open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. Show off your culinary skills in the updated kitchen adorned with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a center island. From here, you will be able to easily visit with your loved ones as they stream their favorite shows on the large TV in the living room. The spacious bedroom is flooded with ample natural lighting and is kept cool thanks to partial air-conditioning. Additionally inside, you'll appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Free/Paid parking for 2 car(s) allowed. Check in time: 4:00 pm. Check out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please be aware that check-in MUST occur prior to 10:00PM for this home, due to Gate Access.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
