Stunning 3 bed 2 bath single story home located minutes from downtown and the strip. The home includes indoor and outdoor fireplaces, air hockey table, corn hole and outdoor wireless bluetooth speakers. Home comes fully stocked with all your cooking and dishware essentials. Max # of guests is 8 No parties or get togethers are allowed A 250 dollar security deposit hold will be authorized prior to arrival. This deposit will automatically be released if there are no damages after check out. Pets are allowed with prior approval of owner for an additional 150 dollar fee RV parking available!
