Nice house with an enclosed private patio that has been recently remodeled. This home features 3 bedrooms/2baths, and an office with a couch and a desk, 5 parking spaces off-street, and up to 12 Sleeping Spaces. The house is only blocks away from the vibrant retail and restaurants of Old Town Goleta. Just minutes to Twin Lakes Golf Course, Goleta Beach, and the main Shopping Centers. Within two miles of the SB Airport, UCSB, and the Tech corridor. Only 9.5 Miles from downtown Santa Barbara and a 40-minute drive to Wine Country, Santa Ynez, Indian Casino, and Solvang, a Danish-style architecture Town.
