We are located one block from the Gardner Lake public boat launch, easy access to the public beach. Just a short drive to Mystic, Stonington, Vineyards, Mohegan Sun & Foxwoods. This incredible location features LVP floors, fully equipped kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, a quiet dishwasher, dining/living/kitchen area that the whole family will enjoy, high speed internet, and in house laundry. You will think you never left home! Enjoy all the natural light from the windows or pull the shades to get some sleep. The space can comfortably sleep 6 and easily accommodate an infant in the pack-n-play. Bedroom 1 & 2 have queen beds, smart TVs, closets, custom climate control and share a hall bathroom. The dining/workspace area features a large granite island with stool seating and a dining table. The large master bedroom suite has a king bed, smart TV, custom climate control, attached bathroom with a shower, laundry and large walk-in closet to hang all your clothes. Pack-n-play and baby chair are available upon request.

We are 20 minutes from Mystic, 10 minutes from Mohegan Sun and 20 minutes from Foxwoods. Mystic has many family oriented activates like the world famous Mystic Aquarium and Seaport. There are also great food locations in downtown Mystic. Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods features great dining, concert/stand-up comedy events and they have a children's play areas that features many of the top arcade games. New to the area is NasKart the world's largest indoor karting track and Supercharged an indoor trampoline park located in the same building. Located 10 minutes from our estate is the Dinosaur Place, featuring 40+ life-sized dinosaurs and mini golf course. We are a 2 minute walk to the Gardner Lake beach & boat launch. To explore the area you will need a car. We have plenty of parking available if you are traveling with a trailer or boat. Launch it on Gardner Lake just around the corner. Our property is ideal for a peaceful relaxing stay and is centrally located for exploring the local beaches.
