This, my third venture into the innkeeping world (founded Harrison House Suites and Eagles Feast House), gives me the chance to do what I love most. Caring for visitors to the island, gardening, cooking and entertaining on the Steinway are just a few of the perks of running the Inn.

Property information

The Grand offers guests spacious, well-appointed and luxurious suites with vaulted ceilings, soaking tubs, private decks, flat screen TV's, WiFi and eclectic views from our hilltop perch. Newly and tastefully restored, this 1880's home was built for San Juan County's first judge, John Bowman.

Neighbourhood information

Our 1 1/2 acre property is beautifully landscaped with many flower, vegetable and herb gardens as well as a dozen 80' tall Douglas fir trees. Just a block and a half from the downtown core this in-town oasis has easy walking access to all of Friday Harbor's attractions.
