We fell in love with this area years ago and love providing the premier place to stay when enjoying all that the Flaming Gorge, Green River, and Dutch John area has to offer. Our sons have guided on the river and we all love this beautiful place.

The perfect starting point to enjoy all the outdoor opportunities the Flaming Gorge & Green River area have to offer. Enjoy the outdoors from the edge of the quiet and friendly town of Dutch John, Utah. Relax on the porch or enjoy a dip in the swim spa to relax and unwind after a hard day at play. Conveniently located near multiple boat ramps on both the river and the reservoir. Private Pickleball Court.
