This recently renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bath Cottage has new appliances, new antique pine floors, ship lap pine ceilings, solid pine doors, a screened porch and plenty of parking (4 cars). It is on the parade route for Mardi Gras Parades! You can walk to everything as it is in the heart of beautiful Fairhope.
Location is perfect! Right downtown, short walking distance to amazing food, coffee, and downtown attractions!
Walking distance to all, but golf cart rentals available locally. Message us and we can get you started (not included in rental price). Bike rentals also available.
