You will also find two additional bedrooms upstairs. Downingtown Manor can comfortably sleep 10 people. The perfect location for wedding guests, holiday guests, reunions, and family get-togethers, the property is conveniently located close to several Chester County attractions as well as both Philadelphia and Lancaster. You are sure to find plenty to do during your stay. The Manor House has two separate living areas. The upper 2 floors are the short term rental fully described as this Short Term Rental. The second is a long term rental unit on the first floor that has a tenant on the property and parks a vehicle in the driveway. The units have no access to one another and no shared space with the exception of the driveway.
