Main level 1 bed, 1 bath apartment in a duplex. The unit has been completely renovated, all finishes are new. Upgraded appliances and finishes, very comfortable, very nice if you're looking for something nicer than most. Only shared room is the laundry. Traveling with some people but don't want to stay in the same unit, you rent the top, put the others in the lower level, you'll have the whole place.
