20x40 swimming pool with gardens and mountain view. Great value. Cozy, clean, spacious 3 bedrooms w/4 beds (2 double, 2 twin beds). You have entire 1680 sq ft' lower level (5 rooms) w/private entrance & private full bath. Laundry room, small refrigerator, sink. Sitting area w/TV & electric fireplace. Dining table. Coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, microwave., 2 burner countertop electric stove, charcoal grill (summer only). Wi-fi. Individual heat. Ideal for 4 singles, 2 couples, or families with 1-3 kids. Maxim C300um of 5 people. 5 miles to Killington Road restaurants, bars, nightlife, shops, services.
Close to Killington and Pico Ski Areas. 5 miles to Killington Road and restaurants, bars, nightlife, shops and services. 7 miles to Pico. Small city of Rutland is 16 miles with all services, In summer we have a 20x40' swimming pool with gardens and mountain views. In town are 2 18-hole championship golf courses, 140' Thundering Brook falls, scenic Kent and Colton Ponds ,Killington Mountain Bike Center and Killington Adventure Center (4800' mountain coaster, zip line,, trampoline jump, rope course, maze, gondola ride, umbrella bar, etc.), hiking trails plus Appalachin and Long Trails, mountain biking trails, free music festivals, fishing, boating, kayak/paddleboard rentals, gondola ride to summit of 4241' Killington Peak, ATV tours, tennis (town rec center). Several lakes and State Parks are nearby. etc. More things to do and see than there is time to do!! In winter alpine skiing and snowboarding at Killington and Pico ski areas with Okemo, Sugarbush, Middlebury Snow Bowl, and Mad River nearby, xc skiing center, snowshoeing and rentals, ice skating (town rec center), snowmobiling tours (2 locations).
