The condo is situated just above the Historic Southern Railway Train Station. Once considered the hub of Knoxville, this station has been restored and is now home to an event venue and winery. You will have a parking pass for the parking lot adjoining the building. There is also free street parking directly in front of the building that is usually plentiful. You can easily walk to many bars, restaurants, and entertainment, however you will find plenty of e-scooters around for rent as well.
