Cook's Place

We are a retired couple with multiple hobbies including gardening, sewing, quilting, cooking, food preserving, wood working, auto restoration, and more. We are open-minded, relaxed, and love meeting new people. Don't hesitate to ask if you have a question or request. Also, we do have one house cat. If you have children and/or pets then please contact us before making reservation. We usually go to sleep by 10PM and wake up around 6AM. Breakfast any time from 7AM to 9AM at your convenience.

This is our spare bedroom. It is small with one full-size bed. Comfortable for one person or a couple. Our bathroom is next to the bedroom and features a modern Japanese style bidet toilet with heated seat. Guests will have access to the house including living room, TV room, kitchen, dining room, and good quality WiFi.

Our home is on ten quiet wooded acres that feels like the Alaska wilderness, but is only a ten minute walk to "down town" Tok where there is a bank, grocery store, post office, gift shops, park, and so on, all located along a pleasant bike path. During summer months we have a garden and green house. Guests may also use our exercise area including weight lifting, treadmill, elliptical, punching bag, yoga mat and the like.
