I was born and raised on the East Coast in Shelton, Ct. My family moved to Boulder, CO in the 80's and I graduated from Arizona State University in 1993. I bought this property because I have managed for the previous owner as a long-term rental for some 10 years. I always loved the superior location just off the I-70 corridor with EASY and QUICK access to Downtown Denver and the up the mountain to Summit County, Breckenridge, Vail, and Beaver Creek. When it came available I couldn't wait for the opportunity to turn it into a wonderful vacation or work space so others from all over the world could come experience a little taste of life here in the Mile High City. In addition, this location and neighborhood are steps from tons of restaurants, boutiques, and shops in Olde Town Arvada. Access by car or light rail is EASY from this home. The Light Rail Passenger Train Station is just blocks from the property and the G-Line is just 5-stops to Downtown Denver.
