A valid government-issued photo ID and a valid credit card with the guest's legal name required to reserve and check-in. No exceptions​

Absolutely no bikes, electric bikes, electric scooters, electric skateboards, electric hover-boards allowed anywhere in the building. Bringing any of the above items will result in an immediate termination of your stay.

​Please, limit talking on the phone to a bare minimum and keep your voice down while in the cubicle or common areas. No talking or making noise is allowed during the quiet hours (from 8.30 PM to 8.30 AM EST).

Any person who acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, disturbs other guests or staff, destroys or threatens to destroy our property, or causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance; or refuses, or is unable to pay for the accommodations or services will not be allowed to check in and will be turned away.
