We started this business venture with our personal ties to Belgrade, Maine and all that it has to offer. We wanted each of our guests to experience the wonders of Belgrade Stream and the adjoining Messalonskee Lake. Since we’ve started this adventure, we have expanded to another lake town where we also have fond memories that we are hoping to share with our guests. We are now also located on the prestigious Cobbosseecontee Lake in Winthrop, Maine and we are happy to share each of our properties. All unique in their own way, we hope that no matter what you are vacationing in Maine for, that we are a part of your destination! All of our properties are located within 10 minutes from the Maine State Capital of Augusta and about one hour away from Acadia National Park. Our Belgrade Properties are a hop and skip away from the historic Belgrade Lakes region and 45 minutes away from Sugarloaf Mountain. Our properties are ideal for any and all vacationers looking for a getaway and any kind of adventure!

This rustic waterfront chalet/Studio features an open concept living space with a king sized and queen sized bed. All extra linens are included. The bathroom has a vanity, toilet, tiled stand up shower and small closet. All towels, hand towels and washcloths are provided during your stay. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as a hair dryer are also included. The studio comes equipped with gas stove top, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dinette table with 2 chairs, fireplace and AC unit. Dishes, coffee mugs, silverware and glassware are also provided. Step outside on your own personal deck to enjoy the lake views, cook on the grill or enjoy a book on provided deck chairs. Amenities include television, alarm clock radio with USB port, free Wi-Fi and Netflix access to enjoy. Guests have shared access to the Belgrade stream and Messalonskee Lake and other amenities. Including kayaks and paddle boats, life jackets of various sizes available, also a shared large fire pit available to roast marshmallows or make s’mores. Just a short stroll and you'll find yourself at the shared dock, steps away from the rope swing and some of the most beautiful views Maine has to offer!

The Belgrade Lakes are in the heart of the Kennebec Valley Region, which includes a chain of seven lakes and ponds. Messalonskee Lake covers 3,510 acres with a depth of 113 feet. Best known for largemouth bass, northern pike, and landlocked salmon. In the Belgrade Lakes Region, visitors enjoy the beauty of Maine, charming downtown Belgrade, award-winning dining, shopping, and fishing for landlocked salmon, Brook Trout, Northern Pike, and Large and Smallmouth Bass. Additionally, ice fishing is allowed in the ponds in the Belgrade Lakes. Each lake has special regulations. Be sure to consult the Open Water & Ice Fishing Laws & Rules for specifics. The Belgrade Lakes are located just a few miles from Interstate 95 in the Augusta and the Waterville area.
