A perfect year-round getaway, the vacation home is ideally situated within a mile of Camelback Mountain Resort and less than two miles of Big Pocono State Park, offering four seasons of fun within minutes of the house. Bright and inviting, the home comes well-appointed for contemporary family comfort. A private deck comes equipped with a gas grill for summertime cookouts. You'll find the full kitchen ready to handle any home cooking needs, and the living room sets the stage for casual downtime, with features including a fireplace, a sectional, and massive smart TV. Two bedrooms include their own smart TVs, for added convenience. A bunk room includes a dedicated desk for remote working or school study needs. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival. Failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation. All guests are required to be of the same single family. All members count towards the allowed occupancy including young children and babies All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. YouTube TV access will be provided, but guests must use their own login credentials for other streaming services. This property is managed by Vacasa Pennsylvania LLC.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
