At check-in, the cardholder paying for this reservation must be present and is required to show a valid government issued photo ID and the actual physical credit card used to pay for this reservation. We do not accept virtual credit cards, digital contactless payments or third-party payments. The credit card on file will be pre-authorized after the free cancellation period ends. For non-refundable reservations, the credit card is charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Children under 10 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds.

We allow dogs under 11 kg in our Mayfair, Greenwich, Cambridge, Chelsea, Dolores Cottage I and Sommerset room choices. Pets are not allowed to be left in the room or on the property unattended. Pet rules and fee apply. No cats allowed. If bringing a dog, please inform the property prior to arrival.
