We are two best friends and partners in different business ventures. Our first goal was to find a vacation home in Florida for our own families, but as we grew to love St. Augustine, we thought why not share it with others? Tony is a Florida native and Martine was born and raised in Montana. We both share a love for travel... Traveling is life! We have frequented many global short-term rentals as guests, and believe we could create a space that makes any guest experience a home away from home- while still on vacation. Our home is furnished by many of the wonderful local shops, and we hope that you adore the home as much as we do. Updated bungalow in the heart of the historic Lincolnville Neighborhood! You’ll have access to all the best shops, restaurants, and attractions– just a hop and a skip downtown. The stretches of sandy beaches are only a short drive away. The home is ideal for experiencing our charming coastal town; whether you seek a romantic getaway or a relaxing vacation with the family. Enjoy a laid-back evening on our screened-in porch watching the horse-drawn carriages pass by. Our enclosed backyard is an outdoor oasis. There is a hammock for unwinding, several seating options, patio lighting for ambiance, and an outdoor shower. The home also boasts a multi-purpose detached studio– which can be utilized as a dedicated workspace, entertainment area (complete with tv for movies, and an Xbox gaming system), as well as a yoga, meditation and fitness space.

Lincolnville was documented and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991. Lincolnville is home to the largest concentration of late Victorian era buildings in the city, and is within walking district of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter.
