My husband and I have always loved Port Aransas, so in 2011, we purchased a townhome that we could share with others as a vacation rental. Then, as most owners do, we hired a local property manager. As our daughters grew, I missed the social interaction from my career. We decided I should jump in and try self-managing. Bird in Paradise at Pelicans Roost is a beautifully decorated , comfortable home located on Paradise Pointe. Great in town location, convenient to shops and restaurants and about 6 blocks to Beach Access 1A Guests enjoy a community pool and hot tub for just the home's guests. The property is a Home and a Studio apartment below it with completely private entries. You can book just the studio (max 4 guests), just the home (10 guests) or both units (max 14 guests).
