A breathtaking view of Galveston's East Beach greets you as you open the door to this 8th floor studio. You can hear the lapping of the waves from the balcony and feel the Gulf breeze. Direct beach access is gained in about 2 minutes from the building via a raised wooden walking path. No busy street to cross to access the beach. No vehicles on the beach so you can enjoy peaceful walks along the seashore and let the stress melt away. A short drive to restaurants, shopping and Pleasure Pier. Heated pool. Gated entrance. Well lit parking lot. Tennis, Pickleball, Bocce Ball. Gym. BBQ grills. Vending machines. Washer/dryer on ground level (pay by app).
