This beautiful one-bedroom condo is located on the 28th floor of the building. Island Colony is one of the most popular vacation accommodations on Oahu! The 24-hour check-in building is located in the "Heart of Waikiki" and you are just one block away from the famous International Market Place and a 10-minute stroll to Waikiki Beach. Island Colony has many amenities: a large pool, jacuzzi/hot tub, a sauna, BBQ grills, picnic tables, laundry facilities, and a fitness room. 
The unit has a spectacular view of the sunrise, the ocean, Ala Wai canal, Ko’olau mountain, a golf course, and Diamond Head. The ocean breeze and quiet split AC in both living and bedroom keep you comfortable all year round. This upgraded one bedroom includes a queen size bed, a brand-new comfortable sofa bed measuring 75” (191 cm) x 45” (114 cm), and two twin beds. The full kitchen has a glass top stove, full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, oven toaster/air fryer, rice cooker and more. It is also well stocked with silverware, dinnerware, and cookware. Beach towels are provided, the quality and quantity of other beach items are not guaranteed, as they are prone to being broken or lost. 
Please be advised that this property is not hotel-operated. The provided supplies are intended to last throughout your stay. The building offers a laundry room and an on-site convenience store to meet your essential needs. Beach toys and equipment can be rented at “808 Smart Car Rental,” located on the first floor. The ABC store, Target, Ross Dress for Less, and Waikiki Supermarket are all nearby, within a 5–10 minute walking distance. A travel crib and booster seat are available.
Enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze through the Jalousie windows in the bedroom, a common feature in Hawaii. While these windows enhance natural ventilation, they also allow some of the city sounds of Waikiki to reach our 28th-floor apartment. Please note this may be noticeable to guests who are sensitive to noise while sleeping.
Elite Parking, located adjacent to our building (Island Colony), offers parking for a fee with unlimited in-and-out privileges. Reservations are not required. The rental company “808 Smart Car Rentals,” located within the same building, may offer discounted parking rates. Limited free street parking may be available along Ala Wai Boulevard next to the building. Additionally, several nearby parking garages are available.
Guests will be checked in at the lobby, which is open 24 hours. A key fob will be provided to access the building and elevators. The room door code (usually the last four digits of your phone number) will be sent through the app one day before your arrival. The building is located in the hub of Waikiki, within walking distance to shopping, grocery stores, bus stops, restaurants, Waikiki beach, and bike station. Local buses are reliable and can take you to all the main attractions in Honolulu.
