Addy's Villas offers 16 comfortable accommodations on 2.5 acres of spacious grounds; we are secluded yet convenient to everything from Nokomis Beach to Venice Island.
The spotless 1 and 2 Bedroom villas surround a heated pool and shady picnic area. Each is climate controlled, has a fully equipped modern kitchen, full bathroom, living/dining room, cable TV and Wi-Fi. Up to 6 guests can be accommodated. Our 2 cottages provide all of the above, but include a garage, washer and dryer and screened in porch. The spacious studio and 3 efficiencies can accommodate 2 guests and are perfect for a quick getaway.
