Enjoy a convenient midtown location with retail shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, and the Art League of Ocean City at Coastal Highway and 94th Street. Other great local attractions include Northside Park, Old Pro Golf, Embers Island Mini Golf, Fenwick Island State Park, Trimper Rides Of Ocean City, Paradise Watersports, and Freeman Arts Pavilion.
This condo offers a split floor plan, which is ideal for privacy! Wind down in the inviting and carpeted living room as you watch a fun show or movie on the TV with cable. Plenty of DVDs and VHS movies are available, as well as numerous board games for additional entertainment. Prepare exquisite homemade meals and beach snacks on the go in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances. The condo houses a 25-foot-long balcony with impressive views. When you book this darling home away from home, you are also granted access to on-site amenities, including one of the most extensive oceanfront pool decks in OC, an outdoor pool, a shuffleboard court, a laundry facility with coin-operated washers/dryers, outdoor showers, easy beach access, and a fitness center.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
