Our 2-bedroom, 2 Bathroom private vacation home offers a fantastic property perfect for your relaxing South Florida Gulf Coast Vacation. 1.5 miles to Historic Downtown Punta Gorda, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Parking for 2 in the Driveway. BEDROOMS (Single-story home) Bedroom 1: Master King Bedroom / Private Attached Bathroom / 50" Smart TV, Bedroom 2: One Queen Bedroom / 42" Smart TV* Den/Office: Futon Twin Bed size / 37" Smart TV / Office Desk & Chair. Parking: Up to two cars can fit in the driveway. Garage parking is available for 2 cars  No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines. There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site. There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use. While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.  BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
