Property information

This beautifully renovated four unit house boasts 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 half baths, and three pull out sofas right in the heart of downtown. This space is truly unique with four separate units which include two single bedrooms and two 2 bedroom apartments. (Please see below for full breakdown) There are also two full kitchens, a deck, is dog friendly, has mini splits and off street parking for seven cars. Located at the corner of Memorial and Thames you are in the heart of all of the action!

10 Fair Street is one of the best locations in Newport. You are a five minute walk to famous landmarks such as Bannisters and Bowens Wharf, Trinity and St. Mary’s Church and The Black Pearl Restaurant. Truly, you are in the heart of it all with dozens of restaurants, shops, bars and sights right outside your door. Hop in your car for a 10 minute drive to both the Ocean Drive and Bellevue Avenue Preservation Society Mansions.
