This home was built in 1936. It does show its age in the design, layout, some creaky floors and the fixtures. It does host some updates with paint, appliances and furnishings. Please note this when booking. There are 2 entrances- 1 off the front patio area and 1 in the back parking area. The front entrance leads into the living area/dining room. The back entrance goes into the kitchen or leads downstairs to the 4th bedroom/laundry area. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are on the main level. We have 3 king beds(1 downstairs) 2 of the king beds can be adjusted into 2 twin beds to accommodate different seeping arrangements. All beds are considered medium firmness and are the brand Novella. All of the wall lights in the main floor bedrooms are rechargeable and have remotes for use. There is a TV in the main living area upstairs as well as a workspace. The main bathroom on this level is shared if the rooms are booked separately. There is an additional TV in the downstairs bedroom to create a slightly more private room. This room has its own bathroom by the laundry area. Laundry/ treadmill/bike are all downstairs in the common area. Please note, this space is somewhat unfinished.

This home is located just a block away from both major hospitals and 4 minutes to downtown Billings. It is considered the historic district as these homes were built as Billings was being founded.
