Heritage Sunset Retreat Zanzibar is a fully secured development of 3 villas, within the gazetted area of the Old Portugese Fort of Fukuchani village, 10mn away from Kendwa and Nungwi villages. The villas seats on historic area, with the Old Fort being part and parcel of the development, less than 10 meters away from the sandy beach overlooking the turtle-sanctuary island of Tumbatu.
