Away from the road and other houses, it is surrounded by olive, almond, pine and fruit trees perched on a hillside with spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea. With three double bedrooms, large terrace, large private garden, covered outside seating area and large inviting private swimming pool it has all the facilities to let you enjoy your holiday is modern comfort. We now have a traditional Turkish stone oven/barbecue in the garden to provide our guests with a fantastic cooking/eating experience.

The house is surrounded by olive, almond and an array of different fruit trees in an acre of gardens with an inviting swimming pool. The Villa is perfectly positioned to give you privacy and an element of remoteness while being convenient for all the prime locations of the area. It is approximately 4km from the beaches of Hayit Buku and Ovabuku. It is a mere 17 km or 20 minutes drive from Datca and 25 minutes, 18 km from Knidos. A car is necessary although this is a fantastic location for walking the mountain trails or mountain biking. A local dolmus/bus service runs very close to the house approximately 5 minutes walk away.
