Our house is located in a charming neighborhood and one can reach on foot everything one might need to enjoy the holiday. It is also in an area offering the best paragliding in Turkey and one of the most beautiful mountain hikes with views of Aegean sea - the Lycian trail. The house was built by a successful owner of a construction company for his family which lived across the wall from us until recently. I think he did a beautiful job with the layout of the house and we love the space and the light it offers. We bought it whilst it was being built and watched it turn from a secure box of concrete designed to withstand any earthquakes to what it is now. Our children were young at the time and we had the pool enclosed with a safety fence which still stands for the safety of our youngest guests. We tried to give it a local touch with the decor and I hope it will not be too bright for most guests :) So please feel free to comment - I am interested to know your opinion. However, the best part of visiting Turkey for us are our neighbors who became friends over the years and we hope everyone staying at the house would appreciate them and greets them with a friendly "Merhaba" and treats them as their own neighbors. Our local agent is a wonderful company called Fethiye Lovers which we met on our first visit to Turkey and have never been disappointed by their services be it arranging the paragliding or helping with transportation or leading me back to the path by the phone when I get lost on the Lycian trail having gone to explore further than the rest of my group (before I got the maps.me0... So we asked them to help us share our villa with everyone who would like to have a laid back or an adventurous holiday in Turkey, a country where each child is loved like one's own, which we were grateful to experience as our children grew. And last but not least, we had never had food that was not tasty, even in the most humble establishments. Come and enjoy Turkey!

It is a quite street in a friendly neighbourhood of both local and expatriate neighbours. The central street with transport and shops is within 2 minutes walk, the beach is 10 mins away on foot. It is a great location for exploring Turkey. The beach is only 10 minutes away by foot and is famous for its beautiful sunsets and has a fantastic choice of restaurants. The best location for paragliding in Turkey - Olodeniz is only 30 minutes away by car.
