Terrace and floor requests are welcomed based on availability of the hotel. Terrace requests are not guaranteed until arrival to hotel.

Guests are kindly requested to show the credit card used for reservation upon check-in. Otherwise the property reserves the right to cancel the payment and request o charge the amount again.

The guests must use swimming cap to use swimming pool.

There will be daily €30 supplement for additional guests if there is more guests than confirmed total guests on the voucher.

The hotel accepts pets (cats and dogs) weighing up to 10 kg, provided they are well-trained and have complete health documents and vaccinations, and are accompanied by their owner.

A fee of €15 per night will be charged per pet.

It is mandatory to present the pet’s vaccination card/passport at check-in.

A deposit of €100 will be collected to cover any potential damages caused by the pet. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure if no damage or repairs are necessary.

Pets are not allowed in food & beverage areas or swimming pools.

Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier in all hotel common areas.
