Hello,The apartment is in one of the most beautiful places of Bursa, in Nilufer/ Misi Village.The Building has 2 floors above ground. There are 3 apartments on each floor (no apartments in ground floor for rent.) So there are 6 apartments in the building. I rent these apartments for travelers. By the way, I stay in the ground floor with my family. The property is in a safe place. The Apartments are 100 m2. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and 2 balconies(2+1).The maximum number of guests is 6 for one apartment. Perfect for long stays and ideal for families or single. Property has a very easy location for see sights in Bursa.
- Facility for barbecue, sitting, rest in the property garden
- 5 minutes with car to the Bursa city center
- 2 minutes walk to the beatiful Historical Misi Village (facility for breakfast and turkish coffee)
- Around of property: Marka mall ,Mihrapli hudavendigar park, Migros Supermarket,Eker Square and luxury shops
- Near Uludag Road

The property is in the best place of the BURSA.Also property is in Historical Misi.Misi includes creek, greenery, cafe, walking facility, bike tours.Life in nature.
