Our villa is in the center of Kırkpınar, on a land of 800 m², detached, with hot pool, fireplace, Swiss architecture. It is 500 meters from Sapanca Lake. It is a 3-minute walk from markets and shopping points such as Migros, Macro Center, Şok Market, A101, BIM. It is 2 minutes away from Bağdat Street, which is the Café, Patiserie and Restaurants area. There is a natural park with playgrounds for children, including a 5 km walking track. Ski Center Kartepe is 20 km away. Detached villa built on a land of 800 m2. Swiss architecture, high triangular wooden ceiling. It is in a very peaceful location, surrounded by nature.
