COSY Located in a safe and private neighbourhood within walking distance to the central business area and attractions and 3 minutes drive from the sea and about 20 minutes to lovely beaches. It has 2 entire guest houses. Each are similar with 2 rooms each. There is a bedroom for 2 and a working space. The guest house is ideal for a couple or professional. The second room is a workspace but can have an extra bed if requested for a fee. The varendah has a sitting area. The house opens up to an open floor plan with living area, dining table and kitchen where you can prepare meals. There is a shower and toilet with warm water. The property is fenced with free parking space. There is free wifi with excellent reception. Houses have air condition and wall fans for comfort. There is also a washing machine and options to hang clothes. Special requests are welcome.

We are proud to be in this safe and quiet neighbourhood. The guest houses are located in a safe neighbourhood and our neighbours are families who respect privacy. It is nestled in a community near a big church with a shop for necessities about 3 minutes walk and is very close to key areas like the hospital, police station and government offices. The street is well lit and it is quite peaceful. Once you drive into the property and open the door to your guest house, you will understand why people say it is cosy,
