Property information

Wayside guesthouse is a simple, quiet and relax place, well located in the North part of old town. We provide nice and clean accommodation with quality homemade breakfast. To avoid mislead - Please consider our house rules and policies before making a reservation ; ***Property Policies & Conditions: 1). Reception hours is from 07.30-21.00 Hrs. 2). Check in time is from 14:00-21.00 hrs. If you are arrive before 14:00 hrs. you can store your luggage for free in our store room. Late arrival after 09.00 pm. Please notify us 1 day in advance. EARLY ARRIVAL BEFORE 07.30 AM is unacceptable, no staff to assist you before 7.30 am. 3). Check out time until 1100 AM. Late check out is on request, depend on room available. 4). Healthy Breakfast is available from 07.30-10.30 am (including in room rate) Early depart for tours we will prepare sandwiches box for guest. 5.) Our place not suitable for elderly, all bedrooms are on upper floors accessible by stairs only. 7).No smoking in the room. But in front of the guesthouse is okay. 8). Payment must be made by cash in Thai Baht only. Credit card is not valid. 9). Guests please help keep our house neat, NO SHOES in the house please. Neighbourhood information

Wayside is located in the center of Old city, very close to the North Gate. Within walking distance of all attractions, there are many cafes, restaurants, banks, ancient temples, markets and the famous Sunday weekend market. Very easy to get the local transportation.
