The company has been in operation for seven years and has been renting villas for three. Its ambition is simple: to offer exceptional privacy (on the island) in a magnificent setting to a discerning clientele. How? A large plot of land with a limited number of villas. Carefully constructed under the watchful eye of their owner, an architect and builder by training, the villas are designed as comfortable holiday homes, with transparency and light as their guiding principles, allowing guests to fully appreciate the breathtaking views.

The villa features two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, three bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and dining area on the covered terrace, an infinity pool, and a solarium with sun loungers. The villa is ideal for families (children aged 14 and over) and groups of friends. Nestled atop a hill, it offers exceptional privacy (a rarity in current accommodation offerings) and relaxation with breathtaking views of Koh Phangan Bay, stretching all the way to Koh Samui. Surrounded by trees and hills, the villa sits on 1.1 hectares of land.

The villa is located near Tong Sala, yet perched on a hillside. In less than 5 minutes, you can reach the heart of Tong Sala, with its restaurants and shops, and enjoy an ideal location for exploring the island. What better way to discover the diversity of Koh Phangan! You have all the amenities close at hand, with the added benefit of exceptional privacy. We would like to inform our future guests that Koh Phangan is undergoing significant development, and there is construction work happening nearby. Construction activity can currently be heard in the surrounding area.
