Not included: - Electricity, charged at 9 THB/unit, with meter readings at check-in and check-out. Electricity consumption mainly depends on the use of air conditioning. The more you use the AC in the bedrooms and common areas, the higher the electricity cost. For a comfortable and cost-effective stay, we recommend using it moderately and turning off appliances when rooms are not in use. The villa is located on a fairly steep road, but with a suitable car and an experienced driver, there’s no problem. For extra convenience, we also have regular taxis that can easily reach the villa.
