This 34 sq.m residence features a combined bedroom and living space with a king bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The unit has a private entrance for added convenience. The kitchen includes an induction cooking range, microwave, water kettle, cooking utensils, and plates and cutlery. The living area is furnished with a sofa, a 41-inch Smart TV, a dining table, and direct swim-up access to the pool. For added comfort and energy efficiency, a wall-mounted fan is also provided.

Daily 20 units of electricity is complimentary, anything above will be charged THB 8 / per unit.

Our property does not offer daily and weekly cleaning services. We offer the convenience of cleaning equipment for self-cleaning. Additional sets of linen and towels are provided upon check-in (For Monthly stay)

A damage deposit of THB 5,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Smoking is only permitted outdoors; it is not allowed inside the property.
