Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit of THB 10,000 net per bedroom per day is required upon arrival for incidental expenses, and this will be held until the departure date.
