There are several activities that guests can enjoy during their stay. We can organize snorkeling trip to discover beautiful coral reef, sea anemone and clown fish at Pling Lek and Pling Yai islands nearby. By riding a long-tail boat, you can also reach Khai island where you can find large colorful colonies of sea fan. You can also simply rest and watch sunset at one of the most beautiful sunset point in Koh Phra Thong.

The Moken Eco Village is located in Koh Phra Thong, Phang-Nga, Thailand. Our resort was established from the idea to create a environmental-preservation hotel. Solar cells are used to generate electricity within the resort and there are policy to reduce carbon dioxide emission. In constructing these building, we highly concerned about surrounding environment. The main materials are from local. Each building is designed to save energy; allowing flow of sea breezes which make guests feel comfortable without depending on air-conditioner. From the hearts of local owner and local staffs, we want to preserve our beloved communities and environment. At the same time, we proud to introduce our pristine island to precious guests from around the world.

Neighbourhood information

Koh Phra Thong is the 5th largest island in Thailand which covers approximately 102 km2. Long time ago, broken corals and seashells had gradually piled up millions years for which turned to be a flat island which is a unique characteristic of Koh Phra Thong. Apart from its special geographical characteristic, this island also has exclusive flora and fauna. Although soil that cover Koh Phra Thong’s land is mostly sand which has too little nutrition for several trees, there are many significant rare plants that survive abundantly in this land such as Water lilies and Sundews. Large animals such as deer and boar also inhabit peacefully in the wilderness.
