For prepaid booking, the guest have to show the same credit card use for made the booking upon check in.

Please note that pets and service animals are not permitted in the swimming pool and fitness areas of the property.

Our hotel not provide Airport Transfer.

Please be informed that the Metropolitian Electricity Authority will conduct a scheduled power interruption on Sunday, 16th November 2025, from 08:30 hrs. to 15:30 hrs. for system upgrading and tree trimming along the power lines.

The electrical power within the property will be temporarily unavailable and elevators will not be in operation throughout the power interruption. We therefore recommend using the stairs and making any necessary arrangements in advance to minimize any inconvenience. For your comfort, the hotel has prepared a soft drink corner and light activities at the lobby floor during the outage.

Please be informed of the following arrangements on the day:

Breakfast service: 06:00 – 08:30 hrs.to ensure you can enjoy breakfast before the power interruption begins.

Lobby area: Soft drink corner and light activities will be available for your comfort and relaxation throughout the day.
