Guests are advised to specify preferred bedding type at the time of booking under "Special Requests". Please note that the request is subject to availability.

Please note that the property offers a free transfer from the pier to the property only. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property at least 1-2 days in advance with arrival time and boat company at if they wish to make use of this service. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

The full amount of the reservation must be paid when checking in.

Maintenance work on the swimming pool will be carried out from 12 October 2025 to 18 October 2025.
