Important information about your arrival to the hotel.

Upon check-in, Thai guests must present their identification card.

For non-Thai guests the following documentations are required: Original passport and Valid Visa (Tourist, Working Visa etc.)

All guests are asked to provide their credit card which must be under the same name of the booking made.

Please note that the name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

In the event that the guest is unable to provide the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to request an alternative payment method e.g. cash. Kindly note that the hotel may pre-authorize the credit card prior to arrival.

A damage deposit of THB 10,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please kindly inform Royal Wing Suites & Spa Pattaya of your expected arrival time in advance. You can do this by using the Special Requests box during the booking process or by contacting the property directly using the provided contact details in your confirmation.

Please also inform the hotel about any requirements and special assistance needed from your side.

Note that for bookings of more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
