This tropical condo is conveniently located just 250m from Rawai beach, but hidden away from the main road, which provides a peaceful and stress-free atmosphere inside this beautiful oasis. PLEASE NOTE. For bookings over 4 weeks, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht per kW used. Daily cleaning service is not included but can be arranged for an extra fee.

The Title V is nestled on a beautiful land in a quiet area just 250 meters from Rawai beach and hidden away from the main road offering peaceful and chaotic-free living. Despite Rawai beach being considered a ‘working beach’ and not ideal for swimming or sunbathing, you are located in close driving vicinity to many other attractions such as Nai Harn, Ya Nui and Ao Sane beach. Rawai beach is a great launch point for many day boat excursions or snorkeling trips. Make sure to visit Promthep Cape, Windmill Viewpoint, and other wonders of tropical Phuket. You are close to Nai Harn Lake where the park area is equipped with outdoor fitness equipment for the active type of guests. Within a few minutes walk there are a number of local shops, restaurants, massage spas, convenience stores, Rawai seafood market, as well as some nightlife spots. Shopping centers in Chalong including Tesco Lotus, Makro and Villa Market are less than 10 minutes by car.
