Please note that the property can only be reached by boat. The resort offers chargeable shuttle services from the piers to the resort, and guests who wish to use the service must make an arrangement and confirmation with the resort in advance. For the booking made from 6 May 2025 onwards, the Rates on 24 and 31 December 2025 include a compulsory Christmas's Eve gala dinner and New Year's Eve gala dinner as per room occupancy set up. Extra person will be additionally charged by the hotel for the compulsory Christmas's Eve gala dinner and compulsory New Year's Eve gala dinner.
